| Advocacy |
Originally it means speaking on behalf of another. But presently the meaning has shifted into a process in managing information and strategic knowledge to change and/or influence a policy and implementation that influences the life of the community (especially the disadvantaged group). The change can take place in the form of: (i) attitude and political will; (ii) policy and decision making; (iii) monitoring and policy implementation; (iv) community awareness of a policy and its implementation; (v) sensitivity and participation of civil society. |

This system applies self cleansing method so that the drainage must be inclined to a certain necessary gradient. |
